These Terms and Conditions regulate the business relationship between you and us. By using Our Website in any way, or by buying from us, you agree to be bound by them.

1. Definitions

1.1 ‘Seller’ means BUTTERFLY EFFECT, Conditions Applicable
1.2 All orders for goods are subject to these terms and conditions.
1.3 No order shall be binding on the Seller until the Seller has accepted that order by e- mail.
1.4 The Seller may at its discretion refuse to accept any order.
1.5 All products are of limited supply and may not be available in the quantity required.
1.6 Products may be withdrawn by the Seller at any time without prior warning.

2. Delivery

2.1 All Orders will incur a €7.75 Delivery Charge.
Our Delivery is available in Republic of Ireland only.
2.2 Your order should arrive within 2 -4 working days, unless otherwise stated, and may require a signature on receipt.
2.3 Please notified Us if your order didn’t arrive after 5 working days by email: info@butterflyeffect.ie.
2.4 Your product will be dispatched after we will receive the full amount.

3. Returns & Cancellation Policy

3.1 If any of your goods do not meet your expectations then just return them to us unused, in its original undamaged packaging within seven days, and we will credit you within 10 working days.
3.2 If you are unsure about your health condition, allergies, or product effect please consult it with us before making the purchase. You can ask pre-order question by calling on: 089 4751746 or emailing: info@butterflyeffect.ie.
3.3 Please read the Terms and Conditions of Service carefully. Before you order on the site you will be required to confirm that you have read and accept them.

3.4 All training courses requires booking deposit. Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 3 – 6 days will incur a 20% fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours to the event will incur a 30% fee.

 

4. The Price and Payment

4.1 The Price shall be the price specified on www.butterflyeffect.ie at the time of completion of the order form on line by the Buyer. The price includes VAT.
4.2 Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
4.3 Your payment for the purchase is processed securely by PayPal. You can make payments using credit & debit cards or by using your PayPal Account.

5. The Goods
5.1 All specifications, including without limitation details of weights, dimensions and colour, are approximate only and shall not be binding on the Seller.
5.2 In the case of goods damaged or faulty on delivery, it may not be possible to provide replacement items, in which case the liability of the Seller shall be limited to the refund of the price of that item.

6. Warranties and liability
6.1 The Seller warrants that the Goods will at the time of delivery correspond to the general description given by the Seller provided that all specifications and descriptions are approximations only and should not be relied on as totally accurate.
6.2 The Seller’s liability to the Buyer, whether for any breach of contract or otherwise, shall not in any event exceed the Price, and the Seller shall be under no liability for any direct loss and/or expense , or indirect loss and/or expense suffered by the Buyer or liability to third parties incurred by the Buyer.
6.3 The Seller shall not be liable for damage or deterioration of the Goods or injury to any person due to matters beyond it’s control including (but not by way of limitation) unsuitability of storage conditions, detrimental conditions or neglect.

7. Acceptance of Goods

7.1 The Goods should be examined immediately upon arrival and any apparent damage or defects reported to the Seller within 2 days of delivery. If this period expires without the Seller receiving any intimation of rejection the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods.
7.2 No claim for non-delivery, shortages, damages or incorrect delivery will be considered, unless it is notified to the supplier within 2 days of delivery.
No return of merchandise will be accepted without the Seller’s previous consent.

8. Title and Risk

8.1 On delivery all risk in connection with the goods shall pass to the Buyer.
8.2 In spite of delivery having been made property in the Goods shall not pass from the Seller until:
8.2:1 the Buyer has paid the Price inc VAT in full; and
8.2:2 no other sums whatever shall be due from the Buyer to the Seller.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All copyright design right and other intellectual property rights in and relating to the Goods protected by copyright and trademark laws of ROI remain the property of the Seller.
9.2 All copyright design right and other intellectual property rights in and relating to this web site including but without limitation, the separate items of text, photographs, are the property of BUTTERFLY EFFECT. and are protected by copyright and trade mark laws of Ireland and international treaties.
9.3 As a user of the site you must not copy anything from the site nor take any step that may cause damage, disruption or expense to BUTTERFLY EFFECT. or its suppliers or other users of the site.

10. Proper law of Contract

10.1 This contract is subject to the law of ROI
10.2 All disputes arising out of this contract shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of ROI

APPOINTMENT TIMING
We kindly ask that you arrive at least 5/10 minutes before your appointment start time. If for any
reason you are running late, please call or email us to inform us.
If you do arrive late it may result in a reduction in your treatment time, and you will be required to
pay the full cost of your treatment.
Cancellation Policy
We require 48 hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling of permanent makeup, eyelash
extensions or anu appointment over 2 hours duration.
We require 24hour notice for any rescheduling or cancellation of any other treatment in the salon
Security deposits are taken for all treatments- amount of the deposit will be 50% of your treatment
cost.
 Failure to provide us the correct notice cancellation time or failure to show to your
appointment will result in you losing your deposit.
 Failure to pay a security deposit will result in your appointment being not guaranteed or
cancelled
 If a deposit for some reason isn’t paid and you fail to show for you appointment or cancel
with short notice this will result in a cancellation fee added to your next appointment.
Card details are not recorded when you pay over the phone for the deposit.
